About Us
Nakita is the founder and senior consultant for Creative Vizion. With over 8 years experience in the sales and marketing industry, she has served in several in key leadership roles for top rated companies in the southeastern U.S. region. Unfortunately, like many people, she has experienced the difficulty and frustration of company downsizing throughout her career. Therefore, she was inspired to start Creative Vizion to invest her time in the personal and professional development of career seekers and small to mid-sized busineses. Creative Vizion is a Virgina based training consulting firm, serving clients throughout the U.S. in corporate training and development and career coaching.
Nakita's career experience revealed her passion for investing in others' growth. Outside of her 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, her diverse experience also includes 4 years in training and coaching, including experience as a human resources director. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Journalism and Communications. Since then, she has further honed her communication skills to serve others in their growth and development. Her excellent tutelege from great leaders throughout her career along with her excellent educational background has led her to create and teach a variety of corporate training modules for many different companies to serve their business needs.
Her passion for the growth and development of people will continue to sustain the vision of businesses and individuals, contributing to the rebuilding of our economy.
